Knowing the facts makes us aware of what we should and should not do.
Here's some very useful and important information about cancerprevention that I would like to share with you.
1. Every person has cancer cells in the body. These cancer cells donot show up in the standard tests until they have multiplied to a fewbillion. When doctors tell cancer patients that there are no more cancer cells in their bodies after treatment, itjust means the tests are unable to detect the cancer cells becausethey have not reached the detectable size.
2. Cancer cells occur between 6 to more than 10 times in a person'slifetime.
3. When the person's immune system is strong the cancer cells will bedestroyed and prevented from multiplying and forming tumors.
4. When a person has cancer it indicates the person has multiplenutritional deficiencies. These could be due to geneticenvironmental, food and lifestylefactors.
5. To overcome the multiple nutritional deficiencies, changing dietand includingsupplements will strengthen the immune system.
6. Chemotherapy involves poisoning the rapidly-growing cancer cellsand also destroys rapidly-growing healthy cells in the bone marrow,gastro-intestinal tract etc, and can cause organ damage, like liver,kidneys, heart, lungs etc.
7. Radiation while destroying cancer cells also burns, scars anddamages healthy cells, tissues and organs.
8. Initial treatment with chemotherapy and radiation will oftenreduce tumor size. However prolonged use of chemotherapy andradiation do not result in moretumor destruction.
9. When the body has too much toxic burden from chemotherapy andradiation the immune system is either compromised or destroyed,hencethe person cansuccumb to various kinds of infections and complications.
10. Chemotherapy and radiation can cause cancer cells to mutate andbecome resistant and difficult to destroy. Surgery can also causecancer cells tospread to other sites
11. An effective way to battle cancer is to starve the cancer cellsby not feeding it with the foods it need to multiply.
a. Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts offon important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes likeNutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful etc are made with Aspartame and it isharmful. A better natural substitute would beManuka honey or molasses - but only in very small amounts.
b. Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in thegastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milkand substituting with unsweetened soya milk, cancer cells are being starved. Milo , Ovaltine, Horlicks are made withmilk and best avoided.
c. Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-baseddiet is acidic and it is best to eat fish, and a little chickenrather than beef or pork Meat also contains livestock antibiotics,growth hormones, parasites, etc., which are all harmful topeople with cancer.
d. A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, wholegrains, seeds, nuts and little fruits help put the body into analkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food includingbeans. Fresh vegetable juices provide live enzymes that areeasily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes tonourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.
e. Avoid coffee, tea, and chocolate, which have caffeine.Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties.
12. Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot ofdigestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestinesbecome putrefied andleads to more toxic buildup.
13. Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering By refrainingfrom or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the proteinwalls of cancer cellsand allows the body's killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

Change before it's too late... Check the ingredients listed on yourshampoo bottle, and see they have a substance by the name of SodiumLaureth Sulfate, orsimply SLS. This substance is found in most shampoo. Manufacturersuse it because it produces a lot of foam and it is cheap.
BUT the fact is, SLS is used to scrub garage floors, and it is verystrong!!! It is also proven that it can cause cancer in the long run,and this is no joke. Shampoos that contain SLS: Vo5, Palmolive, PaulMitchell, L'Oreal, the new Hemp Shampoo fromBody Shop etc contain this substance.
The first ingredient listed (which means it is the single mostprevalent ingredient) in Clairol's Herbal Essences is Sodium LaurethSulfate.
Therefore, I called one company, and I told them their productcontains a substance that will cause people to have cancer. Theysaid, Yeah we knew about it but there is nothing we can do about itbecause we need that substance to produce foam.
By the way Colgate toothpaste also contains the same substance to produce the "bubbles". They said they are going to send me some information.

INSTANT NOODLES
Dear instant noodle lovers,Make sure you break for at least 3 days after one session of instantnoodles before you eat your next packet!
Please read the info shared to me by a doctor. My family stoppedeating instant noodles more than 5 years ago after hearing about thewax coating thenoodles - the wax is not just in the Styrofoam containers but itcoats the noodles. This is why the instant noodles do not stick toeach other when cooking.
If one were to examine the ordinary Chinese yellow noodles in themarket, one will notice that, in their uncooked state the noodles areoily. This layer of oil prevents the noodles from sticking together.
Wanton noodles in their uncooked state have been dusted with flour toprevent them sticking together. When the hawker cooks the noodles,notice he cooksthem in hot water and then rinses them in cold water before cookingthem in hot water again. This process is repeated several timesbefore the noodles areready to be served. The cooking and rinsing process prevents noodlesfrom sticking together.
The hawker then "lowers the noodles in oil and sauce to prevent thenoodles from sticking if they are to be served dry.
Cooking instructions for spaghetti require oil or butter to be addedin the water when boiling the spaghetti to prevent the pasta fromsticking together. Otherwise, one gets a big clump of spaghetti!
There was an SBC (now TCS) actor some years ago, who at a busy timeof his career had no time to cook, resorted to eating instant noodleseveryday. He gotcancer later on. His doctor told him about the wax in instantnoodles. The doctor told him that our body will need up to 2 days toclear the wax.
There was also an SIA steward who after moving out from his mother'shouse into his own house, did not cook but ate instant noodles almostevery meal. Hehad cancer, and has since died from it.
Nowadays the instant noodles are referred as "cancer noodles".
